Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of Soul.ai while we’re in closed beta. We’ve kept them simple and high-level — using Soul.ai means you agree to them.
The service
Soul.ai is a closed-beta product that connects to your paid social accounts and creative library to generate insights, recommendations, and briefs, and — where you’ve explicitly enabled it — take actions like pausing spend on your behalf. Features, availability, and pricing may change as the product evolves during beta.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. You’re responsible for having the right to connect any ad accounts, creative libraries, or other data sources you link to Soul.ai.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Soul.ai for anything illegal or for accounts you don’t have the right to manage.
- Don’t try to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the product outside its intended purpose.
- Don’t interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Approvals and actions on your accounts
Any spend-affecting action Soul.ai takes on your ad accounts requires your permission, as described on our product page. You remain responsible for your ad accounts and the decisions made using Soul.ai’s recommendations.
Intellectual property
Soul.ai and its underlying technology belong to us. Your creative, ad data, and brand assets remain yours — connecting them to Soul.ai doesn’t transfer ownership, and we only use them to provide the service to you.
Beta status & disclaimers
Soul.ai is provided “as is” during closed beta. We work hard to make recommendations accurate and useful, but we don’t guarantee specific results, and you should use your own judgment before acting on any recommendation — especially ones affecting live spend.
Termination
You can disconnect your accounts and stop using Soul.ai at any time. We may suspend or end access to the beta if these terms are violated, or as part of normal beta management.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Soul.ai evolves, especially as we move out of closed beta. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date at the top.
