When you request early access or create an account, we collect basic contact information — your name, email, and company. When you connect a data source (like Google Drive, Meta Ads, or Google Ads), we access the creative assets and performance data needed to run Soul.ai’s recommendations, using the permissions you explicitly grant during that connection.

We also collect standard technical information — like browser type and general usage patterns on our site — to keep the product working and improve it over time.

• To provide and operate Soul.ai, including scoring creative, generating recommendations, and (where you’ve enabled it) taking actions on your ad accounts.
• To communicate with you about your account, product updates, or your early access request.
• To improve Soul.ai’s recommendations and features based on how the product is used.
• To meet legal and security obligations.

We don’t sell your data. Connections to your ad platforms are read-only by default — any action that touches your ad accounts or spend requires your explicit approval, as described on our product page.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Soul.ai (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use standard industry practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we’ll notify you if we become aware of an incident affecting your data.

You can disconnect any integration at any time. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing us — we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as Soul.ai evolves, especially as we move out of closed beta. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date at the top.
